Santa Monica Mountains Hike & Shuttle

The shuttles allows you to combine a mellow morning of exploring the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area with an afternoon of lazing at the ocean without having to worry about searching for beach parking (which saves you money since the shuttle is free!). The route has 11 stop and shuttles running two directions so you can hike one way and shuttle back the other.

More ambitious hikers can now try a 13-mile section of Backbone Trail by parking at the free lot near the trail head on Kanane-Dum Road, then returning to their car by boarding the shuttle at its stop on Malibu Canyon Road. And bicyclists can take advantage, too, by using the shuttles bike racks.

Since most people in LA are used to driving and not walking - this is a welcomed service (especially since the vans are air conditioned!)

Tip: Hourly stops 8-5:20 sat, Sun & Holidays.

Suddenly Slimmer

sud slimmer

A friend of mine arrived in town recently to attend an award show. For the past few weeks she had been watching everything she ate but she still didn't feel comfortable in her dress. "I need to detox... fast!" she cried, when I rang her to arrange a lunch date. Living in Los Angeles I hear about a wide variety of wonder diets and miracle solutions. I had heard of one treatment which I felt might suit her as it claims to help you lose inches off your body in only an hour. The place is called Suddenly Slimmer and the moment I told her about it, she was dying to try it out.

We went to the Westwood location on a sunny weekday afternoon. The premises is small in size and discreet looking from the outside. Although an advantage to clients wishing to sneak in, it may take you a few moments to actually find it! On arrival, my friend filled out a questionnaire and we then followed our therapist into a small room. Here, her measurements were taken and written down so that they could be compared to her final loss. This treatment can be taken up to three times a week and works well with a diet. Ellen DeGeneres featured Suddenly Slimmer on her show earlier in the year and actually had the Slim Wrap Mineral Treatment in her run up to hosting the Oscars!

Of course, we had believed that this was a no work way of losing inches. Wrong!! We soon learned my friend would be wrapped like a mummy from head to toe. For me, this was funny, for her, quite uncomfortable. Then, just when we thought the worst was over, she was led to the outside room where she was told to chose an exercise machine for the next hour. Neither of us saw that coming! I decided to leave for a coffee (as I was laughing too much) and left her watching TV on a tread-mill. Apparently, the idea is that you must keep moving once the wraps are on. I suppose no pain no gain!

I returned an hour later to find my friend looking relaxed and happy, drinking a glass of water. It turns out she lost seven inches all over, which is quite a lot. Not only did she feel much slimmer but her skin felt much tighter after the treatment. The following night she slipped into her dress with ease and her only regret is that she isn't in Los Angeles to get more treatments on a regular basis!

Doggie Styles, Melrose

Doggie Styles, Melrose

Anyone who visits Los Angeles, will be sure to notice that after a fabulous car the only other accessory you need is a lovable dog. I have never fallen more in love with doggies as I have in Los Angeles. Walking along Rodeo Drive, on hip Melrose Avenue or along the beaches in Malibu, the one consistent factor is that Angelenos love their dogs.

And who can blame them! I have never seen such amazing shops that cater for your four legged friend. However, my favorite has to be Doggie Styles in Beverly Hills. The very first time I went in to the store I thought "I better get a dog... just so I can buy all these gorgeous things!" Yes ladies it's that good, They have the largest selection of leashes and collars in California. if that wasn't enough they also have the most amazing bags to carry your beloved pooch in!

I have my eye on a pink Mark Jacobs style tote, with or without a dog , it's divine! What makes this store unique is it's personal touch from the owner Mike. He has two dogs of his own that are the mascots for the shop. On any given day you will find them dressed to the nines, either in a ballerina's tutu or a decadent string of pearls. It's a glamorous place Beverly Hills, so your doggie has to look the part!

The store also offers a wonderful selection of poochie patisseries. I have never seen such beautiful workmanship in a dog biscuit! The store also runs dog parties that vary from season to season. They have a great web site that offers their merchandise on line, just in case a trip to Beverly Hills is out of the question.

So the next time you need a gift for Fifi or Fido you know where to go to pamper your pooch!!

The Victorian

Victorian House

One Summer evening when I first moved to Los Angeles, I came across this fabulous Victorian building on Main St. in Santa Monica. This traditional wooden house, was bejeweled with fairy lights and like a moth to a flame I was transfixed! Music drifted from inside and people gathered on the porch, eating and laughing, but when I tried to enter, I was informed that it was a private party! It looked like I would never get to see what this gorgeous venue had to offer!

Fast forward a few months and to my delight , I found out that the venue, named aptly The Victorian, had opened it's doors to the general public from 8am to 2pm daily. Finally I could join this 'members only club'. A couple of weeks ago, in dire need of good comfort food , I found myself in their exquisite dining room. The menu has a real southern flavor to it, in other words ditch the diet girls! There are so many delicious options, not to mention a signature frozen belini cocktail, that make The Victorian the perfect place for a long lazy lunch. I opted for the club sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. I ended up getting half of it to go as I couldn't finish it all and leave room for their wonderful deserts! Yes, my eyes are bigger than my belly! The Victorian is famous for their omelette's and pancakes. If you're looking for a hearty breakfast when in LA, then this is the place to go.

A lot of restaurants and cafe's in LA are so concerned with their food being fat-free, that their dishes have no taste. So hurray for The Victorian who proudly display real food with authentic flavor. The staff are wonderful and will happily explain everything on the menu, as well as the history of the house, which is really fascinating. They have seating for over a hundred people outside and with it being right in the heart of Santa Monica, it's a perfect location for a late Saturday breakfast.

Speaking of which, on Sunday's there is a farmers market on their grounds, and while the main cafe is closed, they provide a great take-out from their bakery. The bakery, which is on the premises, makes the best scones and carrot cake that I have tasted in Los Angeles which, in my book, is quite an achievement!

Campanile

Campanile

There are certain restaurants that ooze charm and charisma and Campanile is certainly one of them.

It came highly recommended from a close friend of mine who truly knows the hot-spots. I knew it would be good, but from the moment I arrived, it exceeded even that expectation and was great! I arrived on a Thursday night which is their famous grilled cheese night. Yes, I said grilled cheese! Let me tell you if you love cheese and wine this is THE night to go. The menu is varied and has something for even the pickiest of palates. I love the Croque Monsieur, it is exactly like the one you get in a Parisian cafe. Campanile also have the tastiest fries in La and that's a tall order to fill.

The building was once the home of Charlie Chaplan's office and the design has maintained this "old Hollywood" feel. That's what makes Campanile different, it has character and it has charm, something hard to find in a city which revolves around the latest trend. Despite the Charlie Chaplan connection, Campanile is not a tourist trap. It has a faithful following of industry insiders and Angelenos in the know, making it well worth a visit when in Los Angeles.

If you can't make it on a Thursday , the menu every night is a blend of Cal-Med that boosts rustic-urban cuisine. I suggest that you arrive a little earlier than your reservation. That way you can check out the scene at the bar. It has a great buzzy atmosphere that will definitely get you in the mood for a great night ahead.

This is the type of place that works for every occasion, from a first date or a power lunch, to an awesome weekend brunch. It's even worth taking the folks, especially if they love wine and want to boost that they ate at Charlie Chaplan's office.

All in all, Campanile has a certain wow factor, combined with a menu that will appeal to even the most discerning foodie. No wonder I'm boosting that this is a one off 'find'.

Tip : Make a reservation!

Fred Segal Mauro Cafe, Melrose

Fred Segal

As we all know I love great shopping. Even better than that is a culinary experience that compliments the shopping! We all know how tiring it becomes carrying shopping bags, with aching feet and a hungry stomach. Its rare to find a fabulous place to have lunch that's just a stones throw away from all the latest designer clothing.

The Fred Segal store on Melrose Avenue is one of the shopping stores in Los Angeles. What makes this store so unique is that it houses stores within a store. At the core of this shopping Mecca is a wonderful cafe that's worth sampling, even if shopping is not on your agenda.

The Fred Segal Mauro cafe is a hot-spot of star gazing on any given afternoon. It has a few outside tables but on the afternoon I went it was too warm to dine alfresco, so we sat inside, which is hotter in other ways! The restaurant menu offers everything from light salads to delicious pasta. It has a superb wine list and as I have such a sweet tooth, I found a tempting array of desserts.

The cafe doubles as an art exhibition with all the pieces for sale. It adds to the buzzing atmosphere and the art changes seasonally. I found that I didn't want to leave the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The cafe offers a late afternoon/early evening Aperitif, which is an Italian tradition of wine sampling and an alternative to a boisterous happy hour.

This is the kind of venue that quickly becomes a regular hang-out. I have already been back for Sunday Brunch and I never went near the clothes! A miracle for sure! However, I do have my eye on one or two paintings so I could technically shop as I lunch... what a Fab idea!!

Chocolate Sun Sunless Tanning

Chocolate Sun Los Angeles

In Los Angeles and throughout the world the love for organic products has become a big business and a way of life. In fact it has filtered into so many areas of my life that I can't believe there was any other way. Organic vegetables, organic bread, organic coffee and my favorite - Organic Sunless Tanning!!

Yes ladies, now you can look great with a tan and it's all good for you ! I was told about a very discreet sunless tanning salon in Santa Monica called Chocolate Sun. Now we all know how much I love chocolate and having a healthy tan, so it just seemed the perfect place for me to check out!

Located on a quite street off Main St, Santamonic, Chocolate Sun is one of those in the know kind of places. It's tucked away in a cute house and is a totally unique tanning experience. For starters the salon only takes appointments every half hour , unlike other conventional salons that make you feel like your on a conveyor belt. It also has no harsh bright lights and is a very welcoming space. I felt as though I had just popped around to a friends for a chat. Firstly I was talked through the product and the level of tanning I desired. The treatment only takes about 20 mins from start to finish.

Chocolate Sun was founded in 2002 and it's founder wanted to create a product that was free of harsh chemicals and pre-preservatives. She teamed up with a botanical chemist and developed a product using organically grown herbs, flowers and a powerful blend of anti-oxidants. In fact the product doesn't smell like a normal fake tan and it's more like a treatment for your skin, with the added bonus of a natural tan... Fabulous!!

A lot of spray-tans on the market de-hydrate your skin and make it feel tight and uncomfortable. After the spray my skin felt as though it had been exposed to a spa treatment. In fact the product is available in a number of high -end Spa's around the globe. The staff really care about their product and that it is unique and safe. I found the whole experience really enjoyable and the staff made me feel very welcome.

The salon also have a great range of take home products. The tan-enhancer is a moisturizer that lengthens the life of the tan. Their line of organic skin care includes exfoliant and cleansers that are gentle and nourishing on the skin. Even better all the products are available on-line in case a visit to the store is out of the question.

After I showered the following day I had the healthiest color that had a lot of people asking when me where I went on vacation. It's a gorgeous shade of brown that still looks great a week later . I suppose I'm not lying when I tell people that it's a natural tan, after all it is 100% naturally organic!

Pinz Bowling

pinz bowling

It was with much trepidation that I agreed to an evening of Rock n Bowl at Pinz. Firstly it has been a long time since I set foot in a bowling alley. I'm sure the main reason I ever ventured inside one and risked wearing the most unflattering shoes in the universe, was because I was too young to frequent clubs and bars. However it seems that with age all my friends are reverting back to innocent fun and who am I not to join in?

I was pleasantly surprised with Pinz. Yes it's a bowling alley and the world over, they are almost identical. However, on Friday and Saturday night's after 8pm the pins come alive in neon colors and the music is cranked up so the Rock n' Bowl can begin! The atmosphere is great and with a group, there were ten of us, it was like being a teenager again. Nothing wrong with that!

The shoes are not half as bad as I remembered. They didn't quite color co-ordinate with my clothes but I don't usually wear fluorescent green and pink at the same time! On site there is a Jerry's Deli which enabled us to order giant size pizza's and fries, cupcakes and beer!

To make the evening even better it turns out I'm a great bowler! I won both games, much to the guys annoyance. For all the girly girls, they have pink bowling balls which I'm sure added to my luck. The alley works on a first come first served basis , but there are lots of things to do while you wait. The music was great and we stayed until almost 1am. Time flies when your having fun!

Compartes Chocolatier, Brentwood

cCompartes Chocolatier

I love chocolate. This statement I know is one that a majority of women make but it's not always that easy to find a specialty chocolate shop. Coming from Europe my love of creamy decadent chocolate is not always met in LA. That is until I found a Chocolate lovers haven hidden away in Brentwood.

On arriving at Compartes I was really impressed with it's decor. I had decided that I needed inspiration while I was writing and I was in deep need of a chocolate fix. So with lap-top in hand I curiously entered the store. Straight away I felt at home as it a has a very European ambiance to it. The owner Jonathan has gone for a lounge vibe to the interior. It feels very relaxing and straight away I knew I would be happy there for an hour or two.

With rows upon rows of chocolate, it's hard to decide but thankfully with a bit of guidance I sampled quite a few before I made a choice! All the old favourites are here like milk chocolate truffles, caramel and coffee. However the store has gone above and beyond to push the boundaries of taste and flavor. I tried a chocolate caramel with sea salt! Apparently the sea salt brings out the true flavor of the caramel, it was divine. I also tasted a mango saffron, cactus blossom and a raspberry pink pepper! Not only are the combinations artistic but they have the most amazing prints on the top layer. All these prints are designed and created at the store so they are completely original.

Compartes Chocolatier is a truly magical experience. There are glass window that allows you to view the chocolates been made and decorated. It also serves specialty teas, coffee and hot chocolate. While I was there, I noticed that a lot of the clientèle are regulars which is always a good sign.

Lately the store has run specialty nights and on Valentines Day last year they ran a week of romantic dinners with a fanfare of desserts made from chocolate! It would be great for a gossipy girly night were all you do is chat while eating and drinking chocolate. The store is also getting a celebrity following with Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross enlisting them to make treats for her wedding. Birthday parties too are very popular, as you can have any type of chocolate made with names or favorite designs tailored just for you.

All in all I loved the chocolates and I will be back soon, as there were far too many to sample in one day. Compartes is a lovely way to spend an afternoon either with a friend or on your own for some quite time. I think the bigger coffee houses better watch out, as there is a new place on the block and the experience is sweet!

Portofino Sun Spa

portafino sun spa

Have you ever wondered how everyone in LA looks so healthy and tan yet they spend no time in the sun? Have you looked at Charlise Theron on the red carpet and thought "how does she get that bronzed glow?" Well ask no more! I have discovered the stars secret place for that perfect tan and there isn't a beach insight! Set amongst the backdrop of glamorous Rodeo Drive, in Beverly Hills is Portofino Sun. This salon has been tanning the Hollywood elite for years and now us mere mortals can have a slice of the pie... tanning pie that is!

The salon is the ultimate in feel good tanning. It boost's the "Safest Sun under the Sun". The staff are so helpful and will guide you through all the different services available. I arrived feeling pale and needing a sunshine boost. The salon offers a smorgasbord of tanning options but for the celebrity experience it has to be the customized tan. My requirement for my tan was simple... make me look like I have spent tha past fortnight on a beach in Barbados!

Firstly I decided to get my body in good shape for the tan. The salon offers a fabulous waxing service that specializes in Brazilian waxing. The waxing expert is actually from Brazil and she only uses a honey wax which is softer on your skin. The service was really quick and practically painless. Then I had the body scrub which takes place in a customized room. For the best tanning results, it's important that all the dead skin is gone. My skin was baby soft and I was starting to feel like a new woman.

However the piece de resistance was the tan. There are over 25 different shades to choose from and the color is blended based on your requirements, as well as your eye, skin and hair color. To achieve my bronzed look my solution was made up of darker shades with fab names such as Sugar Daddy, Sensual and Chocolate! On top of the color a shimmer can be added to give you that J-LO Glow. As everyone hates that fake tan smell , the salon offers over 25 different fragrances that range from a coconut to a fresh ocean scent! The fantastic thing about a customised tan is that the sprayer can contour parts of your body. For example, if you want to have killer cheekbones or a better cleavage, it's all done with a wiggle of the spray gun. Think of it as a magic wand to a better body! If you have never had a spray tan I will warn you that you have to arrange you body into different poses that allow "all areas" to be reached. If your shy don't worry! The salon staff are very accommodating and it's all so quick that you won't have time to be embarrassed.

When I was finished I looked in the mirror to be greeted by a bronzed goddess version of myself! Fantastic! Celebrities such as Brittany Murphy, Gisele Bunchen and Paris Hilton are all fans of this salon. In fact it was noted as a 1# salon for celebrity spotting. If that wasn't enough the owner is currently on tour spray tanning Mariah Carey and we all know how fantastic her tan looks!

The joy of this salon is the feel good factor. I left feeling tanned and fabulous. The next morning, after I showered, my tan looked so natural and I got compliments all day on how great my skin looked! It's amazing the ways you can inject a little sunshine into your life and this way you don't even need a blue sky!

Disneyland & California Adventure

Disneyland

It's official... I'm a BIG KID! I have always known this but I just reiterated this point by spending from 8am until midnight last Saturday at Disneyland. I could have stayed longer! With two nephews in tow, I had a valid reason to act like a child in a candy store.

Firstly, if you have never had the opportunity to visit a Disney Land theme park and you don't think it's on your "to-do" list for LA, think again. Not only is there Disneyland but the California Adventure Park next door is amazing! I would recommend a two-day pass if you're on vacation but if you live in California an annual pass is well worth the money. Even if you only go twice in a year it has saved you money.

Unlike other theme-parks, every ticket allows you a fast-pass option which gives you an allocated time to go on the ride. It minimizes waiting time which at peak season is worth it's wait in gold. We went to California Adventure Park first and onto the California Screaming roller coaster. No point in easing yourself in, one might as well scare the living daylights out of yourself before 10am! After that it was on to Tower of Terror, with a quick stop on the way for a strawberry swirl ice-cream at pier 39. The wharf is a replica of Fishermans Wharf in San Francisco. The great thing is that everywhere you walk bands are playing, characters from your favorite Disney movie are walking around and in general a party atmosphere prevails.

Time flies so after a couple of hours it's advisable to get to the other park, in this case Disneyland. When you walk through the tunnel a sign says, "Today you leave the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy"! As everyone emerges from the tunnel they all have big smiles on their faces. Main street is extremely busy and the air of excitement is contagious. There is SO much to do, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Indiana Jones and The Pirates of the Carribean! Phew! On top of all that, there is a nightly parade and of course the breathtaking fireworks.

So now you can see how quickly a day goes by in Disneyland. I promise you no matter how skeptical you are, you'll be laughing and walking around with a huge grin in no time. Like me, you may be planning your return as you leave, maybe for their Halloween special, but that's another story!

Tip : Arrive early to make the most of your visit and check the park times as it varies day to day.

The Little Door

A couple of weeks ago, my honey and I arranged to meet friends for dinner. Thankfully they organized where we were going and they picked a true keeper. I'm always grateful to friends that suggest somewhere for dinner that I fall in love with. You should know that I do not fall easily but once you get my heart, it's for keeps. Of course, I'm talking about restaurants! I am always on the lookout for a romantic place to dine and The Little Door Restaurant is one of the most romantic I have been in in a while.

With the great weather in LA, it's an added bonus to sit outside on a balmy summer night. Surprisingly, in LA, it can be hard to find a good restaurant with a decent patio. This restaurant has a colorful courtyard with a rustic Mediterranean feel. The Little Door has possibly one of the nicest out-door dinning areas in Los Angeles. When you walk through this "little door" it is like entering an oasis of tranquility. The restaurant is made up of four dinning areas. The Winter Garden, the Blue Room, the Piano Room and the Patio.

The food is French-Moroccan inspired and all the produce is organic. We had the Mezza Royale to start, which is an assortment of Mediterranean appetizers, with tuna tartar, goats cheese, merquez sausage and grilled salmon. It is a perfect dish to share as it combines a variety of tastes and flavors and is a substantial size. The staff are really helpful and as they are all French , you may start to feel you have left Los Angeles for Paris!

What I really love about this restaurant is the ambiance. The candle lit garden is both enchanting and romantic and is perfect for that special night out. It also has an intimate wine bar with a wide selection of wines.

It's great to find a restaurant that evokes that "just right" feel and "The Little Door" pushes all the right buttons.

Tip: Try and get a table on the patio for a romantic night out. Valet parking available.

Bryan Kest's Power Yoga, Santa Monica

Power Yoga

Having recently arrived in Los Angeles, I wanted to immerse myself in the LA life-style. So, I was at a party one night and I got talking to a girl who was raving about a Power Yoga class in Santa Monica. This sounded just up my street, as my attention span for exercise is limited and I really wanted to try something new.

So the following Tuesday, I arrived at Bryan Kest's Power Yoga in Santa Monica. The studio runs classes seven days a week, from 5.30am (way too early for me!!!) right up until midnight! How fabulous is that? I had been warned to get there early as the class gets very busy. I don't think I was prepared for just how packed it was. There is a really great atmosphere in the studio and I could tell straight away that the class has a loyal following. Having never gone to Power Yoga before, I needed to get a mat. luckily they have a great store on the premises that sells everything from mats to books and even clothing for yoga. Mats can also be hired at a charge of $2, but as I was determined that this would be a long term commitment, I figured it was better to buy one. I can't even go to yoga without shopping!

I didn't know one side of the yoga mat from the other but was assured it was all the same. Relief! The class teacher Ally, was really calming and even made novices, like me, feel welcome. The classes are all 90 minutes and believe me, at the end of it, you are sweaty and very hot. But it is well worth it!

It's now my new thing and I even convinced a friend of mine, who hates physical exercise, to try it out. Another interesting thing is that the classes are donation based, so you can give as much or as little as you can afford. The recommended donation is $11. I also suggest you bring a towel and a bottle of water as it gets extremely warm. Power Yoga is all about working sensitively and working on both the wellbeing of your mind as well as your body. So far the balance is working out well and it is far more enjoyable than the gym. It is also very LA!

Tip: Parking available in Public Parking structure across the street, see website for details.

Footsies, Santa Monica

When Oprah tells you to do something - you do it. Even if it's a year later and you don't think a bra can really change your life. Although we've tried here and there, and despite being in a town where breasts are one of the main attractions, finding a specialty boutique that sells lots of brands and has qualified sales people to fit you right has been a challenge. We never left a shop with a bra that made us feel like we were 18 again.

Luckily, Footsie on Montana was found.

Despite a rather cheeky name for a store that sells nothing to do with footwear, this place is serious business. Whether you're proud of your little ones (waves hand) or in-love with your new ginourmous ones (waves to Pamela Anderson), this little boutique has the bra for you. Trust us ladies, they'll make you perky and proud without pain or embarrassment.

We went in looking for a great every day t-shirt bra and a strapless number for summer dresses. We didn't want anything too padded (which is hard to find in this town) and our sales person instantly knew what bra would be best. After a quick measurement we found out we had been wearing the wrong size and then were presented with one every day bra the saleslady promised we'd love and the same with a strapless in the new, correct size.

Perfect fit on try one. And we know it fit because the sales woman came into the room and took a look and made adjustments. No more guessing about if the bra looks good or not - they'll tell you here. That's especially important because all sales are final. But trust us, you won't be returning anything from here. You'll be too busy strutting around, knowing that Oprah was right about finding the perfect fit.

TIP: It's a small place so come during the week or early on the weekend to get more personal service. And bring money - with matching knickers and pretty but practical bra's you'll want to drop some dough.

Becca Starr Virtual Spa

Too pooped to go get pampered? Hey, it's happened. Luckily Becca Star has taken her 12 years experience in the spa and beautify industry and created a dream team of people who will come to pamper you (in uniform with candles and flowers no less) wherever you want, whenever you want. What could be easier or more relaxing than that?

Need an afternoon facial? Want a massage after work to unwind? Feel like some early morning yoga in your hotel room with an instructor? Like a late night head to toe makeover? How about a private clairvoyant to see how far into the future you can afford this beck and call service? Virtual Spa has got you covered.

We happened to have them make our toes pretty at an event at the Avalon Hotel. Sitting on couches and dishing like only girls can, our beauty professionals were just that. Our feet were massaged, cleaned and painted, leaving them baby soft and decorated like chic ladies we were meant to be. Putting on our strappy sandals felt oh, so much better. The best part? Lounging in a hotel room they'd transformed into a mini fun pamper place instead of a stuffy spa. We didn't have to whisper in hushed voices or wear robes that so didn't match our polish like most spa's we've been to. With Virtual Spa, you get to chose the decor, the place, the time and your wardrobe.

This lead us to think of other possibilities for the virtual spa. In town on business with little time to spare? Call them in for a quick facial between work and dinner. Or have a girl's night in spent with a few friends and letting the Virtual Spa glamor girls get to work while you dish in your own place with your own theme should you wish. Where else could you cram a room full of girls and get head to toe fabulous without having to wait in line or miss gossip by being in another room? Also, it beats fighting traffic, looking for parking and waiting until someone's ready for you.

Besides, we love full service, especially at our door.
